Convenient
I understand that when your expensive equipment fails and suddenly your personal data is inaccessible things can be a little stressful. That's why my services are designed to be as convenient as possible, and you can even contact me via text-messaging if you like.
Fast
In most cases, your computer will only take 1-2 business days to repair. If it takes much longer than that I offer rental laptops so that you can remain connected even while your computer is in my shop. Rental computers are loaned after a small premium and are not a per-day charge.
